Resolving anxiety, building confidence, teaching skills and strategies for life.

Using coaching techniques from NLP combined with play, we have discovered a unique way to empower children to be confident and resilient from within.

Anxiety brings….

Fear of failure that outweighs the excitement of trying new things.

Certain situations are so challenging that the child (or whole family) is forced to avoid them altogether.

The supermarket is too busy, the playground too big.

Birthday parties and events are a cause for concern, not celebration

Thank you to Happy Confident Kids for a superb day’s training. The initial staff training provided a valuable insight into the physiology of anxiety and gave staff the confidence to recognise the early warning signs so that they can handle situations in the best possible way. The children’s workshops were valued by pupils who enjoyed learning how they can change their mental state with a few techniques, which they can use in any situation. The sessions were delivered sensitively and professionally. Thank you to both the trainers

The workshops taught the children a variety of easy to use skills that enabled them to be more confident in their own abilities by learning strategies to manage anxieties and worries and feel more capable. This helped build their self-esteem with strategies to implement in any situation. The feedback from parents has been really positive and the skills taught are being used in real life situations

My daughter loved attending Happy Confident Kids’ workshops. We both learnt some great tools/skills to use when she needs them. It was a brilliant boost of self-esteem, allowing her to explore how she feels and promoting her own self-confidence

The pupils really enjoyed the Happy Confident Kids’ workshops which gave them a range of strategies to use to manage their anxieties and self-confidence. These strategies are easy to use in the classroom and at home
